Résiliner specialises in pipe rehabilitation without demolition. Property managers and construction professionals need to understand the method and how it applies to an existing building before starting a conversation.
The work covers the whole website: content hierarchy, navigation, page composition, responsive layouts and administration. Each subject has a place, from an introduction to the method through to the information a prospective customer needs before making contact.
02 / Content architecture
The C.A.R.E. method connects an overview with pages dedicated to each stage. Visitors can explore a particular subject without having to work through one long page of text.
This structure brings navigation, explanations and visual material together. It also gives future content updates a consistent framework.

Inspection and diagnosis have a dedicated page, alongside preparation, cleaning and lining. The layout combines explanations, images and clear points of reference to support reading.
Development addresses both the shared structure and the needs of each page: a consistent identity, different levels of detail and accessible routes to contact.

The website uses a custom CMS. Its public content is supported by editing and management tools that bring the different parts of the website into one administration interface.
Create, edit, duplicate and publish pages from the content editor, with a visibility setting for each page.
Find files in the media library and insert them into content. Page styles also have their own editing area.
Organise menus and edit shared elements, including the header, footer and side panels.
Enter titles, descriptions and slugs in the interface, alongside the CMS tools for generating the sitemap.
Read incoming enquiries in the administration area and customise the website’s email templates.
Manage administration users. The CMS also supports linking a translated page to its source page.
