Data collected

When using the contact form, the site can collect your first name, last name, professional e-mail address, company, project type, indicative budget, deadline, message and, if you choose to attach one, a PDF document. The sending date and IP address associated with the submission are also recorded to ensure traceability and security of the form.

Required fields are required to understand and respond to the request. Other fields are optional.

Purposes and legal bases

• Study and respond to your request prepare an exchange, quotation or estimate: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Ensure security, prevent abuse and retain technical proof of demand : SDX Development's legitimate interest in protecting its site and its exchanges (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form data is not used to send automated prospecting without adequate information and legal basis.

Recipients and subcontractors

The data is accessible only to SDX Development and, to the extent necessary, to technical providers responsible for hosting, e-mail transport, maintenance or security. The production site is hosted by IONOS. The data are neither sold nor rented.

Retention periods

• Requests for prospects without action: up to three years from the last exchange.
• Data related to a customer or contract: during the contractual relationship, then in archiving according to the applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Attachments: same duration as the application to which they relate, unless otherwise required by contract or law.
• Technical logs and safety data: for a period proportionate to the detection of incidents and according to the Hosting settings.
• Choice of consent to cookies: 182 days, unless withdrawal or early renewal.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

SDX Development does not organise transfers outside the European Economic Area to process applications received on the form. If an optional service involving such a transfer were to be activated, its identity, purpose and applicable guarantees would be indicated prior to its use and, where necessary, subject to your consent.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and, when conditions are met, portability. You can exercise your rights by writing to contact@sdx-development.com or to the postal address indicated above. Proof of identity will only be requested if there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant.

If you feel that your rights are not respected after contacting us, you can make a complaint to the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms (CNIL).

Security and update

Proportionate technical and organisational measures are implemented to limit unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure of data. This policy may evolve when applicable treatments, providers or obligations change; its date of update is indicated at the top of the page.
