From a website to a business product, the work becomes more complex.

A business website organises content and enquiries. A catalogue adds structured data and search tools. An online shop handles orders and payments. Automation connects several systems. SaaS and AI products also need to manage users, permissions, errors, sensitive data, testing and ongoing operation.

Each starting price therefore reflects a workable professional scope for that type of project. Additional features are scoped and quoted according to the work they require.

What to check before comparing quotes.

Content & data

You provide approved content and usable data, unless the quote includes copywriting, photography, translation or data cleaning.

Third-party services

Domain names, hosting, email, licences, APIs, AI models and payment fees are listed separately so that recurring costs remain clear. Project prices are stated in euros.

Reviews & timing

Timescales assume consolidated feedback and timely approvals. Scope changes are estimated before being added to the schedule. For remote projects, we agree review times around your team’s availability.

What does the €1,500 website excluding VAT actually include?

A professional website of up to five pages, adapted to your existing identity, responsive and editable, with a contact form, essential SEO, testing, launch and an introduction to administration. You provide approved text and images.

Can we start small and add features later?

Yes. The architecture can allow for future growth, while each new feature, language, integration or content package is quoted before implementation.

Is entering the whole catalogue included?

The offer includes an initial import from a structured, usable source. Migrating, cleaning or manually entering a large catalogue depends on the volume and quality of the data.

Does n8n automation include subscriptions?

Only if specified. The quote separates workflow development, hosting, any n8n licences and the costs of APIs or connected services.

Is the AI or RAG prototype ready for production?

Its first purpose is to measure feasibility and quality on a real use case. Advanced security, scaling, monitoring and service commitments are then scoped as a separate production phase.

Does the €25,000 SaaS MVP cover a complete product?

It covers a first version centred on the essential business workflow. A full multi-tenant platform, numerous roles, several integrations or complex billing require additional phases.

How are payments organised?

The quote sets out the payment schedule around the project stages: start, intermediate milestones and delivery. Work outside the agreed scope requires approval before development.

Have a budget or a requirement to turn into a project?

Share the context. I will explain what is realistic, which priorities matter and what scope could make a useful first step for your team.
